This workout is made to strengthen your energy. Ordinary people can't do magic, but this workout is based on the principles I can think of when it comes to this. And to give you energy, we are mixing cardio and isometrics.
Magic workout:
-warm up 5-10 min
then
-wall sitt 3min
-90' pushup 3 min
-horsestance 3 min
-90' pullups 3 min
-plank 3 min
-sideplank 3 min
-superman 3 min
-90' handstand 3 min
x3
after brake
-20 burpees
-20 jump squat pullups
-100 meter sprint
-20 clap pushups
-20 frogjumps
-20 muscleup (explosive pullups and dips)
-100 meter sprint
x3-5
The "brake" can be as long as you feel, but you may have to warm up again.
