Zorro's workout

One piece part 2
Zorro is one of the hardest working characters in the team, and probavly the second strongest. He has been training intensely since he was a kid. otherwise he wouldn't kut stone, would he.
Zorros workout will be devided in two parts. His early training, and his on ship training.

Zorros training
-Run 1 mile with bodyweigth.
-20 cable chest press
-2 min horsestanse, with weigth in mouth
-10 min sword work
max rounds

On ship training
-bisep curl 50 each arm
-handstand pushup 50
-5 min horsestance with straingth arms out
-sledgehammer swings 50 eatch side
3 rounds
