Berserker workout

In nothern mythology, one of the most feared beings are the berserkers. They were said to figth for hours, and wield weapons with increadible strength. This workout will be based on just that.

Berserker Workout
-6 clean an jerk (bodyweigth)
-6 deadlift (2 bodyweigth)
-6 benchpress (bodyweigth)
-6 inverted rowing (bpdyweigth)
-6 squats (2 bodyweigth)
-12 situps (1/2 bodyweigth)
x3 rounds

-200 sledgehammer swings
-100 frog jumps
-rowing 3 miles
