Magic workout

Magic

This workout is made to strengthen your energy. Ordinary people can't do magic, but this workout is based on the principles I can think of when it comes to this. And to give you energy, we are mixing cardio and isometrics.

Magic workout:
-warm up 5-10 min
then
-wall sitt 3min
-90' pushup 3 min
-horsestance 3 min
-90' pullups 3 min
-plank 3 min
-sideplank 3 min
-superman 3 min
-90' handstand 3 min
x3
after brake
-20 burpees
-20 jump squat pullups
-100 meter sprint
-20 clap pushups
-20 frogjumps
-20 muscleup (explosive pullups and dips)
-100 meter sprint
x3-5

The "brake" can be as long as you feel, but you may have to warm up again.

Poseidon and Aquaman

Poseidon has to be one of the most powerful gods in history, (physicaly) and he even controled the cyclops. Secondly is (prepare for mind blow) Aquaman. This may soun stupid, but he is  deffinately the most underated hero EVER. If you have read the comics you should know what I am talking about. Water telekinesis is not talking to fish, it is summoning magical sea creatures appear. Yeah, chutulu is one. He can also swim increadibly fast, superhuman strength, jump up skyskraper, control Poseidons triden( and the sea) and has combat abilities comparable with Batman. The triden is magical, so he could probably take on a figth with superman. So lets go.


Water workout:
-row/swim 1 1/2 miles
-10 frog jump
-10 benchpress
-10 squat
-10 overhead press
-20 rushing lunges
-50 punches with 2-10lbs
-sprint 100 meter
-swim 100 meters
5-max rounds

stay strong, and keep training.

Zorro's workout

One piece part 2
Zorro is one of the hardest working characters in the team, and probavly the second strongest. He has been training intensely since he was a kid. otherwise he wouldn't kut stone, would he.
Zorros workout will be devided in two parts. His early training, and his on ship training.

Zorros training
-Run 1 mile with bodyweigth.
-20 cable chest press
-2 min horsestanse, with weigth in mouth
-10 min sword work
max rounds

On ship training
-bisep curl 50 each arm
-handstand pushup 50
-5 min horsestance with straingth arms out
-sledgehammer swings 50 eatch side
3 rounds

Berserker workout

In nothern mythology, one of the most feared beings are the berserkers. They were said to figth for hours, and wield weapons with increadible strength. This workout will be based on just that.

Berserker Workout
-6 clean an jerk (bodyweigth)
-6 deadlift (2 bodyweigth)
-6 benchpress (bodyweigth)
-6 inverted rowing (bpdyweigth)
-6 squats (2 bodyweigth)
-12 situps (1/2 bodyweigth)
x3 rounds

-200 sledgehammer swings
-100 frog jumps
-rowing 3 miles

luffys workout

As my first posted workout, I have decided to make one for One piece. This is my favorite series of all time, and I really want to make some out of it. I am going to do most of the main characters, before and after the time skip, But here is the obvius start; Luffy.

this workout will be devided into three parts.
Luffy chasing Ace and Sabo, training to figth the tiger (episodes) and later on Luffy's springines.

Luffy chasing Ace and Sabo:
-Run 2 miles.
-100 splittsquat, one pushups, situps and pullups.
-Run 1/2 miles.
-50 russhing lunges.
-20 pushup depth jump.
-Run 2 miles.
-100 splittsquat, pushups, situps and pullups.

Tiger Training
Level 1
-Run 1 mile.
-20 each side sideswings, upward swing and downward swing, with weigth of sledgehammer.
-100 jump squats with 22lbs (10 kg).
-100lbs/50 kg overhead press, hold for 2 minutes.
-farmerscarry 50kg each hand 2 minutes (while walking).
-100 squat, overhead press, reverse rowng 22lbs (10 kg).
- 2 minutes heavy bag/ shadow boxing.


Level 2
-Run 2 mile.
-35 each side sideswings, upward swing and downward swing, with weigth of sledgehammer.
-100 jump squats with 40lbs (20 kg).
- 150/75kg overhead press, hold for 2 minutes.
-farmerscarry 75kg each hand 2 minutes (while walking).
-100 squat, overhead press, reverse rowng 40lbs (20 kg).
- 6 minutes heavy bag/ shadow boxing.


Lever 3
-Run 3 mile.
-50 each side sideswings, upward swing and downward swing, with weigth of sledgehammer.
-100 jump squats with 60lbs (30 kg).
-200/100 kg overhead press, hold for 2 minutes.
-farmerscarry 100kg each hand 2 minutes (while walking).
-100 squat, overhead press, reverse rowng 60lbs (30 kg).
- 10 minutes heavy bag/ shadow boxing.

*The pushup death jump, is like a depth jump. Have your arm above the ground, jump of, and the moment you tutch the ground, jump back.
